✶ I’m a uni student, so I will take a while to finish a piece. A minimum of 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.

✶ For backgrounds, I will default to a flat color, but I can draw something very simple if requested.

USE .☘︎ ݁˖
✶ The artist keeps ownership rights to the commissioned illustration and is allowed to post it on social media and present it in their portfolio.✶ The artist has the right to decline, cancel, and refund the commission if applicable; 100% refunds are guaranteed.

⤳ If the client wants to cancel their commission, it is advised that they make this request before the artist begins to render (when I start working on the piece after the sketch is finalized).
‣ After the artist finalizes the sketch and begins to render, no refunds are allowed at this point.

✶ The client will only use the commissioned art for non-commercial or personal use
(e.g., as a profile picture/banner, wallpaper, printing for personal display/merch, non-profit photo/video edits, etc.).

⤳ The client may post the commissioned art on social media with proper credit and/or watermarked art.
⤳ The client may print and use the commissioned art for display and only for *personal use.
⤳ The client is not allowed to use the commissioned art or anything related to AI, NFTs, and Crypto.
⤳ The client is not allowed to repaint over the commissioned art (e.g., removing the watermark).
